The data comes from the group page itself, so you get the names, profile links, and join dates Facebook shows. Facebook changes its layout regularly, and we update the extension when it does.

How does billing work?
The 1 Month Pass is a one-time payment of $24 for 30 days of unlimited exports. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own. When the 30 days are up, email us again if you want another pass.
Do you offer refunds?
Crypto payments cannot be reversed, so test the Free plan properly first. Run it on your own groups, check the file you get back, and buy the pass once you know it does what you need.
Can I use the tool on multiple computers?
Your pass is tied to the email you use in the app and can be used on one device at a time.
